The Wesley Hospital Choices Cancer Care Centre (Choices)
Choices is located in the historic Drysllwyn House in Auchenflower. It offers a calm, caring and safe place for people with all types of cancers. Individuals affected by cancer receive appropriate support and information to meet their physical, practical and emotional needs following a diagnosis of cancer. This unique, free community service for women and men is backed by surgical, oncological and allied health services provided by The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. BeefBank is a Charity that’s main aim is to provide fresh meat to the Foodbank organisations for distribution to community and welfare organisations (at no cost) to enable them to provide fresh meals full of protein to the homeless and marginalised members of our community. Rotary District 9630 Drought Appeal
The Rotary Clubs of District 9630 Drought Relief Appeal has raised and distributed more than $200,000 throughout the district. Farmers are given vouchers spend at local businesses to purchase necessities. Hence, we are helping not only the farmers but also the local community – a win, win situation for all.
